With a vibrant community atmosphere, our homes welcome two furry companions—dogs up to 35 lbs and cats—making it the perfect place for unforgettable moments together. Plus, tropical fish are always welcome in your cozy tank!
Dogs & Cats Welcome
Dogs must be 35 lb or less. Refundable pet deposit is equivalent to half a month’s rent per household. Breed restrictions apply. Tropical fish are allowed in tanks up to 20 gallons; no pet deposit required for fish.

Breed restrictions apply (e.g., Pit Bull and mixes, American Staffordshire Terrier, Wolf Hybrids, Doberman Pinscher, Saint Bernard, American Bulldog, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Chow Chow, Great Dane, Akita). Certified service dogs allowed; reasonable accommodations considered case-by-case.
